Cool relaxed tiki bar by the pool outside. So here is my review My wife and I have stayed here for over 10 years for our vacations never and issue and never had a problem. This is the only place we will stay! The worst place I have ever been to. Great place to stay, eat, and host events at. They credited my credit card for $113 for ripping a bed that we didnt even sleep on. It was fun and had everything there. We found the Bolero due to the fact it had an indoor pool, having a 7 year old that was a big selling point. The following reports are from third party sources. Not only did the staff not clean it for over 24 hours (there was broken glass everywhere), but they threatened to call the police and came to our door at 11 PM screaming at us. The indoor pool ,steam room and jacuzzwere great. The restaurant food and service was great. This morning go to take a shower and the shower DIDNT work. We have stayed at the Bolero before in October during Oldies Weekend and have been satisfied. Other than that, no complaints. certainly not a property issue, just a nice learning lesson for my girls. I highly doubt it. Everyone was so nice, it was clean, rooms were beautiful. They clearly dont need the money or they would have cared when I complained of my small children not being able to sleep because of the noise from the bar below They are clearly financially independent and really dont need your hard earned money or they would care about at least cleaning the floors The music from the bar is so loud that my children couldnt go to sleep until 12am. my stay at this hotel was amazing, I had the best birthday ever my suite with the hot tub was very relaxing. The place is normally great but this time we got there last night kinda late. The elevator could use some updating or there could be a second installed to aid both guests and staff. Tiki bar was great. Everyone at the front desk were friendly. I needed a room that had a hot tub for two. There's plenty of parking and it has two pools, inside and one outside. Staff was the worst I've ever seen and wouldn't lift a finger to help at all. Nightly entertainment is also provided. Comfortable and the staff is very friendly and friendly. Terrible customer service. Located in the hotel tower, this suite has a bedroom with two double beds, living room with sofa bed, bathroom, microwave, small refrigerator, wet bar and two TVs. Kids playing basketball on the patios at 1 am, running by pounding on our door, that was a nightly thing. Guests are provided with Wi-Fi access, free of charge. I figured I wasnt involved, but didnt like seeing any of that on my vacation. The towels felt like rags. Stayed here with team for a tournament & was excited about the indoor pool for all the kids. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Found bed bug on the sofa bed mattress a few hours after checking in.
