ColourPop has amazing eyeshadows for intermediate level makeup lovers and beginners alike. At the heart of it Grandeur is a neutral palette. It adhered pretty well to my eyes and I didnt see too many glitter flecks under my eyes throughout the day. Its well known that its challenging to formulate blendable blues or greys and I think Colourpop has done a good job here. Again I applied this shade on top of glitter glue to get that maximum glitter look and it didnt disappoint! The ColourPop Grandeur Palette retails for $14 USD and contains 9 eyeshadows in a mix of matte & metallic finishes. The matte browns are pigmented, blend smoothly on the eyes and dont leave a lot of fallout (if any) behind.

I wasnt blown away by the pigmentation but its a step up from regular drugstore shadows. They lose their vibrancy super quickly, like with 1 or 2 washes. This is a light blue grey matte that is very pigmented. First of all, the pigmentation of this palette is great. I was initially interested in the Baroque colour story but I realized that I could probably dupe all of the shades from my Sydney Grace cool toned eyeshadows, so I went with Grandeur instead. When applied on top of a glitter glue, as done here, you get a lot of that glitter and the shade actually ended up looking much darker than expected on the eye! At least with purple theres purple shampoo so you can kind of keep toning it, but yeah those unnatural colors dont want to last. The only way I think it could be improved would be by including a few more interesting metallics, but perhaps thats just because metallics are what I like! I actually dont take issue with this, because this just means you basically have regular matte shades that you can use in the crease. Overall, I would say this is a middle of the road Colourpop palette.

As you can see on the lid you really only get a silvery green shade coming through, not pink at all. This is a pink base with a strong green duochrome effect.
