I see this is a very old thread. I replaced the rollers several years ago and they are still working well, but I'll keep the rebuilt rollers in mind when that time comes again. I have the vinyl tubing (I think it's for a hot tub), and it works well. May I suggest to anyone else who takes on this project, replace the panhead screws with allenhead socket machine screws.
