To be sure, the Experience 88 Ti is on the premium end of the all-mountain market at a steep $650, but for the price you get an exceptionally well-made ski. The 186 needs a bit more room to run. In our opinion, the Experience gets the edge for all-mountain East Coast use and intermediate-level skiers, and the Brahmas higher performance threshold wins out for true experts. Both the Enforcer 88 and Enforcer 93 have a bit of taper in the tips and tails, but the taper is very subtle. The Enforcer 88s rocker profile is also quite similar to the Enforcer 93s, with the Enforcer 88 having slightly shallower tip and tail rocker lines. Absolutely a one-ski quiver for a western skier.

As always, pay close attention to the length differences to keep things more apples-to-apples. While some skis in this width really require you to get over their shovels in order to get them on edge, thats not the case with the Enforcer 88. The tip rocker allows the ski to initiate a turn naturally, it hooks up and gets on edge easily, and you can draw a lot of energy from the firm tail to power through a turn.
The middle and back of the ski feel strong, but on steep ice in particular, I often am not brave enough to really try to drive the tips of the Enforcer 88, commit to high edge angles, and trust that those tips will hold, rather than skid.

And Id say that this review of the Enforcer 88 falls a bit closer to the more complicated end of the spectrum. Both have short sidecut radii, but the Brahma is slightly stronger on edge, while the Rossi is a little more forgiving and fun. Even with a fair amount of tip rocker, combined with camber underfoot and a lightly rockered tail, I found the Experience to be exceptionally damp and have essentially no tip flap, even all-out. The more you will be using this as an on-piste carver, the more I personally would opt for the 179.
(And again, the skis that have the tip shape that does excel at hard carving on firm snow are often really uncomfortable to ski off piste. (1) One of the defining characteristics of the Enforcer series is that the skis are all pretty stable while also being pretty forgiving. (3) The Blizzard Brahma is one of our reference skis in this category, and one of the best skis being made today. I love it! A softer ski with more tail rocker (like Blizzards Rustler 9) would make that much easier, but this certainly plays a role in the Experiences stable and solid overall feel. At 59 and 155 pounds, Im usually comfortable on skis in the mid 170 centimeter range but decided to size up to 180 in the Experience 88 Ti. This puts it nearly on-par with other popular expert-level options like the Blizzard Brahma 88 and Volkl Kendo 88, and it handily beats out Nordicas Enforcer 94 in this respect, which has a softer front end that can occasionally chatter (the narrower Enforcer 88, however, is about as stiff as the Brahma and Kendo). I have a pair of 179 cm. Instead, it is one of the most versatile all-mountain 88mm-wide skis on the market that is relatively comfortable (given its width) in moguls, trees, chutes, chop and a bit of powder.
