Great perfume makes you smell like a lady. It is delicious. This is a bit lighter which I expected to like and it is indeed lighter, but somehow less special. The perfume opens with top notes of bergamot, nutmeg, lychee and rhubarb. I literally have to stop myself from wearing her on a daily , ugh she's just EVERYTHING amd more !!! Theres absolutely nothing special about it, it just smells like every other mainstream perfume like Flower Bomb, Good girl, Black Opium, etc so hard pass for me. I'm not getting the "sophisticated young woman", or "wedding day fragrance" vibe with this - this feels to me, like something a grown-up Veruca Salt would wear. It does kind of smell like hand soap to me. My favorite cold weather perfume is Safanad by the same perfume house I.e Parfums de Marly. And Tester versions come in the same bottle as the retail version and include the same amount and quality of the fragrance. My nose-challenged husband reacted to this back when I had only a sample and the body cream, and he loves it. Overall, it was far from being straightup pretty floral as its ballerina pink bottle suggested. The open is a nice smelling rose (not old lady rose) with the sweetness of the litchi and the nice crisp citrus.
