Deep Seat Cushions, 24" x 24" x 4-5" deep, with matching pillows, 150 - 2-1/2 to 3" long, self-tapping exterior decking screws (#8, #9 or #10 will all work). I used cedar and added the extra boards so the cushions would stay put. To finish the arms, add another 25- long board underneath the arm middle. So I went with 22" from the outside boards and hoping it works out okay. Cut boards using a compound miter saw (preferred) but you can also use a circular saw. I still only used 11 pieces of lumber, I just made the smaller slats 24 inch (instead of 25.5) so each board was one big and one small and I made the 2 medium boards 27 inch. New!!! When wood filler is completely dry, sand the project in the direction of the wood grain with 120 grit sandpaper.
