We didn't make any intentional changes apart from the packaging and the teeny product info text. That said, I am glad that Paizo has moved away from the clear sides because I can get my fill of them from reprints and old Flip Mats. Got corrections? .whatever you need.
The city streets side is pretty bland, as there's not a lot of interesting decor for the players to interact with--things like water barrels, wagons, refuse piles, and more would go far to giving this the feel of a real city street.
