Very quiet and sound proof. We would definitely like to rent again in the future and would recommend Newman-Dailey to friends and family. We were fortunate to extend our stay an extra week. Very clean and easy access to the beach! Everything was pretty much great except the pillows! You might be able to find places to ride your bike in this area, but youll most likely want your car for most errands. Unit was fully furnished with everything we needed including linens and kitchen. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!! The views of the ocean from inside the condo and from the balcony, cant be beat. Very nice property. When I sent a message asking them how to get the beach service, they quickly called me to answer my question and to make sure everything was ok with our stay so far. The community gas grills are ideal for cooking outdoors after a day at the beach. We have rented through Newman Dailey over the years and have found them to be very professional and responsive. The Queen bed in the other bedroom was rock hard. Everything was clean and perfect and stocked with every kitchen gadget imaginable.
