The serenity, the space and privacy despite being a hotel, the quality of services.the list of compliments is endless, Room was kept clean and neat, buffet was mouth watering and breakfast - you get overwhelmed in a choice for what you want on your plate, cup or glass. Located along Valley Road, between NSSF and Integrity House, 5min drive from CBD, easily accessible from the road, in a cool and quiet place. We had great service from all of them but a special note of gratitude to Brian, Millicent and Leonard. Convenient to the able bodied and the disabled, very clean washrooms, ample parking and friendly staff.

Good and customer friendly services especially at the flame grill the guys deserved a tip today kudos. Has a pool side restaurant for easy moments and a main restaurant for a chique dining experience. The customer service was A1. Nothing is too much for them. They insist on serving participants in a buffet setting and the queues are irritating and demeaning especially where you are doing so for something that you are paying for.
It is a bit noisy as it is located off one of the cities main highways.
Easily accessible. 5 star service by all means.

The swimming pool is open to both resident and non resident guests. But the hotel is exquisite with well organized staff. Not what it used to be, very pricey (pineapple juice is 600 ksh) service is ify and the Caesars salad was probably the worst I've ever had, to their credit though the snapper my lunch mate had was superb. First class services though at the time of the visit, renovation works was going on so some places were cordoned off. Keep up Sarova Panafric. Sarova did not disappoint as usual.
